Thank you for choosing NW 1776 Mauritius Private Car Service. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service experience. However, we understand that in certain circumstances, you may need to cancel your reservation and request a refund. Here is our refund policy:

  1. Reservation Cancellations and Refund Requests:
    • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can process your refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service start time or failure to show up for the service without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Processing:
    • All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.
    • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account, and the timing may vary depending on your payment method.
  3. Refunds in Special Circumstances:
    • In cases of extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events that prevent us from providing the service, we will offer a full refund.
    • If the service cannot be provided as booked due to reasons attributable to NW 1776, customers are entitled to a full refund.
  4. Reservation Changes:
    • If you need to change your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate your changes without any additional fee, subject to the availability of vehicles and drivers.
  5. How to Request a Refund:
    • Please submit your refund request through your booking channel or contact our customer service center directly, providing your booking information and the reason for the refund.
